When Mindfulness Training May Not Be Suitable
Mindfulness is not a replacement for individual therapy or coaching for acute mental health issues, psychosis, addiction, or ADD. It may also be less effective during major personal crises (e.g., divorce, moving, or sudden life changes) when focusing on daily practice is difficult.

Individual Mindfulness Training
You can also do an 8-week individual Mindfulness Stress Reduction program, tailored to your schedule, either in person or via Zoom. Sessions last 60–75 minutes and include theory, coaching, and meditation.
