About Katri:
Certified Yin and Vinyasa Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Trainer. In her teaching Katri combines various breathing, yoga and meditation techniques to reach the individual needs of each student, helping them develop to their own highest point. Her teaching is full of wisdom and compassion.
‘I began my journey as a passionate dancer and choreographer. I was fully engaged with the expression of the body but after some time I felt the need to slow down and go deeper into myself. This is how I stepped into yoga and meditation practices. Since 2010 I have been a regular practitioner. I started with powerful practices such a Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which brought me a lot of physical strength. After my first pregnancy I felt the need to soften my practice and I discovered Yin Yoga. Yin yoga taught me how to become soft and kind to myself, it helped me to regulate emotions and to feel grounded. Yin Yoga is meditative practice, so it was a very natural way to step into Mindfulness practice. The practice of Mindfulness truly enriched my life and strengthened me mentally. I use all these tools for my teaching and life. I feel that commitment and regular practice brings me back to myself, back to my heart – and I would be very happy to help you to get back to your heart.
About Jolanta:
Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Certified Vibrational Sound Master Teacher with SomaEnergetics, and certified in Therapeutic Use of Tibetan Singing Bowls Vibrations According to the Traditional Himalayan Lineage.
After more than 15 years of working in the busy and stressful environment of the corporate world I could find and solve any issue in any structure, yet I could not even name my own problems. I paid for this with a critical burnout and total body failure. Going back to my “roots”- passion and love for sound and vibrations – has helped me to return back to the living and has helped so much, that I decided to do it for a living.
I would like to share with others many years of my personal experience of the healing effects of sound and vibrations of Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks. Music and sound have been my passion since my early childhood, and I know from experience what it can do for your body, mind, and soul.
