‘We do not see the world as it is, but as we are.’

‘We do not see the world as it is, but as we are.’  Rose Baudin

What does it mean? When a wonderful thing happens in our lives, such as falling in love, our spirits are usually so exalted and elevated that our whole world view is too. Suddenly everyone and everything around us impart great joy, when just a short time ago we were irked and annoyed by it all. All this leads us back to our sense of self. The relationship we have with ourselves is truly the most important and foundational relationship that exists in our lives. It has most potential to either positively or negatively affect our experience of the world.

How are you? How do you experience world at this moment? Do you experience the world in low or high frequency?

My teachers Ida and Wim (De Klein Maanhoeve) taught me that love is a highest frequency. By regular practice, meditating and chanting we can elevate our vibration and the vibration of the whole world. This February is a month of Loving Kindness Meditation and Gayantri Matra. Let us offer Loving Kindness to each others and elevate the vibration of whole world.
