Living daily with full attention is not always easy. Most of us are very busy. Practicing in silence gives you the opportunity to calm down, to connect to inner peace and being close to yourself, the mode of being.
A silent morning meditation practice includes walking, eating, sitting and moving guided meditation. Silence allows us to spend time with ourselves; it gives us space for our thoughts to grow in creativity, and to connect with our emotions. Silence helps us slow down and recognize what is going on internally, rather than continually responding to external stimulation. It gives us a break from the constant input of information that comes with modern life.

Meditation mats, blankets, cushions are available, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
