The tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls work like an anchor for the nervous system. Their layered overtones gently guide the brain from busy beta waves into slower alpha and theta states – the same frequencies linked to deep relaxation and sleep. The sound doesn’t push you into stillness. It draws you there.
Pair that with Yin Yoga – long-held, grounding shapes that help release physical tension – and you create space in both body and mind for rest to return naturally.
As the bowls are played around you, their vibrations ripple through your system, slowing breath, softening resistance, and inviting the body to shift from doing… to being.
