Thea has practiced yoga for more than 30 years and completed her Raja Yoga Teacher Training. Besides that, she followed her international teacher training in India, Dharamsala (Sivananda style). With Sarah Powers from the Insight Yoga Institute she is formed in Yin / Yang and Mindfulness. Further on she completed the teacher training Transformative Yoga with Ganga Hoogendoorn. She participated in workshops, retreats and yoga classes with well-known teachers from Europe, USA and India. Learning never ends, that’s why Thea still attends trainings and workshops. With her background as a teacher and trainer she is capable to respond to the individual needs of the student. At the moment she is working as a coach (systemic coaching) and career counselor.
During Thea’s classes you work on preventing physical and mental blockades by gentle stretches, breathing and meditation. You don’t have to be flexible to join her class. The yoga session, which is a combination of raja and yin yoga, will relax body and mind. Every lesson will end with a short meditation.
