I have been practicing different styles of yoga since 2009 but my main love and focus is on Vinyasa Yoga. I started practicing out of curiosity, only to find myself being more and more passionate about it. This incredible feeling that a yoga practice leaves you with, is what kept me going. Calmness, purification, lightness, fulfillment and harmony are only few words to describe it.

For me yoga is a mental practice above all. You learn to love, embrace, and support yourself so that it will allow you to go deep into asanas and benefit from them.

Apart from Yoga Teacher, I am a Positive Psychologist determined to help and inspire people to be the best they can be.
