Jan is a fully certifiied Kundalini Yoga teacher, Meditation teacher, a Shaman and shamanistic healer. At Yoganesa he teaches Active Hatha Yoga and a meditation workshop for beginners. He says:  “I am focused on beginners, because I know how difficult meditation can be. There are many different possibilities so for everyone there is a method that fits. Meditation is the main way to experience becoming aware. The word ‘enlightened’  doesn’t mean anything to me – it is simply becoming aware. 

“Being aware is my goal, and I assume that eventually it is a constant process of awareness, a process that never ends. Not even with physical death. Living consciously and helping others with this process is one of the tasks I commit myself to. Awareness is a beautiful path to walk on.”
