Raja Yoga Course
Raja yoga is a classic form of yoga. This form of yoga is distinguished by the special attention for self-examination, energy control and meditation. When practicing body postures (asanas), it is not so much about perfect physical performance, it is about the attention with which you perform and feel a posture. Body postures range from strenuous to relaxing to make the body both strong and supple. Each class ends with a meditation.
During Raja Yoga classes you work on creating a smoothly, healthily functioning body. We use conscious breathing to help eliminate physical and mental blockages. You do not have to be particularly flexible; you work according to your own abilities and at your own pace, making these classes accessible to everyone.
Yoga opens and soothes body and mind. Through practice you learn to bring the mind to inner peace.
Series of 10 classes: € 125, -.
A single class or try-out class costs € 15 and is deducted if you decide to follow an entire serie.
Times of the classes:
Saturday morning, from 9.30 am – 10.45 am. Walk in (and enjoy a cup of tea) from 09.15 hours.
It is possible to join the series after it has begun – Please send an email to Thea to see if there is a free place for you.
The new course will start on 11 January 2020 and consists of 10 classes: 10, 25 January; 1, 8, 15, 22 February, 7,14, 21, 28 March 2020
