Kids Yoga

During these children’s yoga classes  the traditional asanas (postures) are combined with yoga related games in order to create a good balance between rest and pleasure. There is also the occasional taste of meditation and relaxation exercises. In following kids’ yoga classes, you work in a playful and unforced way to improve concentration and bring  more consciousness to breathing. In addition, yoga helps kids to be calmer from the inside, while at the same time training endurance, muscle strength, agility and motor skills. Furthermore, it is good for creating more self-confidence. 

The lessons are suitable for every level, for children and teenagers with and without yoga experience.
