Perhaps the most transformational habit we can make is the habit of gratitude.
If – even in the midst of workplace stress, discord in family or home, or the simple pressures of being an embodied being – we can notice what we are grateful for, our entire energetic field shifts. We are suddenly connected, empowered, and open to grace and providence.
21 Days of Gratitude Building the habit of happiness
To make this beautiful state of gratitude a habit, why not try this simple formula: Each day for 21 days, write down three things you are grateful for.
It doesn’t have to be a big deal: it’s as simple as your senses. Being grateful for the scent of early spring in the air. The taste of chocolate. The sound of a friend’s voice or your favourite song. The touch of your partner, your children, your pets….
