Athletic-flow 4 weeks course

Athleticflow (HIIT + yoga), the best of two worlds. During the ‘high intensity’ parts is a true workout, focussing on cardio and strength, whereas the yoga flows are about counterbalancing, stretching and balance. This class is perfect for athletes who want to practice yoga and yogi’s who want a good workout. If you have no time to work out and practise yoga, then this class is made for you!

Athleticflow is a full body workout, focussing on legs, arms, complete body and core. 100 seconds of hard work, followed by 3 minutes of yoga. The class starts with a warming up and finishes with a savasana, the final relaxation.

Every exercise can be performed on several levels, which makes the class suitable for both the beginner and experienced athlete.

Athleticflow is taught with up-beat music!
