The special Foam Roller helps us working with the deep support muscles and improve posture elongating and stabilizing of the spine. 

 

The Foam Roller is also used for self-myofascial release, using trigger point technique to release tension muscles.The Foam Roller made of heat-sealed foam in order to maintain stable shape and carry weight. The Foam Roller features an anti-slip surface to increase stability while performing the exercises.

In the workshops we will combine static posture, stretching, elastic movement and breathing awareness.
