We are practicing vinyasa yoga in the morning and yin yoga in the evening.

Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection".

Yin Yoga is targets the deep connective tissues of the body (vs. the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body; to help regulate the flow of energy in the body. Yin Yoga postures are more passive postures, mainly on the floor and the majority of postures equal only about three dozen or so, much less than the more popular yang like practices. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Yin offers a deeper access to the body. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation. While in a Yin class you might notice similar postures to a yang class except they are called something else, on a basic level this is to help the students mind shift form yang to yin, active to passive.

KATRI (Katarzyna Marcinkowska) a qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, has been practicing yoga since 2008. Katri attended Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training at Yoga Moves in 2009 – 2010, and she was awarded the diploma in October 2010. This training course is registered with Yoga Alliance 300 + RYS program. From 2013 she continues her education - Advanced Teacher Training (500 + RYS). The most important for Katri as a trainer is a personal approach towards each and every student, allowing them to develop to maximum level and achieve their goals.
