Yoga Kurunta (Hanging Yoga) is an yoga practice in which the wall and belt are used as a prop to deepen asana practice. It is unique practice, where gravity can be appreciated and utilized as a natural form of resistance. It helps students to develop strength in both the large and small muscle groups, improve overall flexibility and mobility in the joints and opening the spine in every direction without compression releasing back pain.

Raja yoga is een klassieke vorm van yoga. Deze vorm van yoga onderscheidt zich door de speciale aandacht voor zelfonderzoek, energiebeheersing en meditatie. Bij het beoefenen van de lichaamshoudingen (asana’s) draait het niet zozeer om een perfecte fysieke uitvoering, het gaat om de aandacht waarmee je een houding uitvoert en navoelt. De lichaamshoudingen variëren van inspannend tot ontspannend om het lichaam zowel sterk als soepel te maken. Elke les wordt afgesloten met een meditatie.
