Our Introduction Programs are the perfect way to start your pilates practice. 








Pilates introduction program

Students are gently guided through the foundations of pilates principles, emphasizing on a proper breathing and strengthening the core muscles. You will learn about how  to works from the center of the body: the abdomen, lower back and pelvic floor muscles. This introduction course will teach you how to effectively work with your core muscles to prevent back and neck pain.

Program of the Introduction Session:

•Introduction to what is pilates

•Basic breathing techniques (explaining diaphragmatic breath)

•Basic principles of pilates (placement of pelvis, shoulders, neck)

•Basic core exercises (awakening transverses abdomens and pelvic floor muscles)

•Basic side and back exercises 

Price: 15 euro

Using own pilates mat may be preferable for hygienic reasons, but also because it adopts your shape. In our shop we offer a variety of yoga mats. As a new student you receive 10% discount on mats during your first month at Yoganesa.
