Functional anatomy workshops - wrist, forearm, elbow, shoulder 15 March 2019

It is a series of anatomy workshops which will review bones, muscles, joints and their functions. You will develop the skills necessary to feel own body and recognize: contraction and stretching of the muscles; compression and overstretching.

Beside that we will analyse everybody and set functional alignment for every yoga pose. This conscious way of working creates space in the body and helps to release pain, it brings understanding of how to overcome compression and how to get into a function of each pose.

This series of workshops are directed to everyone who is willing to understand why some of the poses are easy and other challenging; and would like to learn a personal adjustment and how to improve own practice.
