Yoga is all about connecting and balancing all layers of our existence that at first sight appear to be contradictory. Connecting your mind with your body. Connecting the limited little egoistic self with the unlimited, eternal, higher Self. By making us more aware, yoga allows us to feel connected with ourselves, with others, with nature and life in general. It enables us to discover who we truly are and what life is all about. Everything we do can become yoga if it is done with love and awareness.
