Fauzia started meditating 13 years ago. She had no idea why, but she felt lost, unhappy, and very stressed. She noticed rather quickly the positive and powerful effect of meditation. She discovered that she is able to pass "this feeling” through guided meditation. She started a small group back in 2006. It was one meditation course - every Friday. Now she gives guided meditation in 3 locations.

With relaxation and visualization exercises you can train your mind, to create peace of mind. This allows you a stress free life and let you get to know yourself better, so that happiness and peace are integral to yourself.
Meditation means that you draw the outer world out and the inner world in. The more aware you become of this process, the more you realize that meditation is the key to inner strength.
